Life happens! I totally get it; sometimes you gotta cancel. Please notify me if you need to cancel at least 24hrs prior to your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a 50% fee of services scheduled.
Running Late Policy
I never want to rush a service, or cut into the persons service behind you, therefore please communicate with me if you are going to be late. Please note: even ‘just’ 15 minutes late may result in altered services for your appointment, OR a full rescheduling depending on the situation
If you fail to show up for your appointment, or alert me after the cancellation window (24hrs or more prior to appointment), a 100% cost of service fee will be required to be paid in order to reschedule. This policy is in place to respect my time, as well as clients who would love to have taken your missed spot but didn’t have time to plan. Thank you for understanding.
I truly want you to love your hair! If you leave feeling less than stellar, let me know within SEVEN days of your service. I will be happy to make any corrections at no additional charge to you, as soon as possible. However, should you attempt to make a correction yourself or go elsewhere to do so before I can get you in, it will result in new a chargeable service. *I do not offer refunds for services done in salon.
